I am on a serious mission to help spiritual seekers deconstruct the debris they have accumulated from societal conditioning, upbringing, and trauma and reconstruct a solid foundation that helps them tap in and unleash their personal power by connecting with their authentic self.

Before my spiritual awakening, I was a hotmess. I knew I was destined for more but I felt so lost, confused, misguided, unfulfilled, and beyond insecure. As you can imagine this combination lead to many traumatic experiences that truly affected my life and self- esteem. I eventually got to the point where I said,

That’s exactly what I did.

I now realize I had to go through those experiences to rediscover my spirituality which then helped me uncover my purpose. Fortunately, I am now able to authentically and vulnerably speak on all the experiences, lessons, and spiritual wisdom I’ve learned throughout my on-going journey, while simultaneously empowering and educating as many women as possible with the tools that will catapult them into becoming their own rescue and owning their life.
